SEXY LEG WORKOUT [VIDEO]

BURN BABY BURN!!!

Ok this Sexy Leg and booty workout kicks butt.  I felt like a million bucks after.. really on top of the killer quick workout it even boosted my mood …lol thats when I know I had a great workout!

For a lot of us women that feeling when your legs feel tight and trained its just awesome, personally I love being sore, when your hams and quads are so tender for days,  its the best fix to the ego..ha. At that point I feel like I can take on anyone.  I’ll walk though any street..alley..or bar.. haha.. no ones taking me down!!  Lol thats my mind set anyeway.  I think that comes with a lot of core training too.. all those abs,planks,supermans.. you Adrenline Junkies do.. we are fit.   Get out and play some sports ..trust me you will be a force to be rekan with.  The strength you feel as others push into you to steal that ball..puck.. if you stay alert.. they won’t move you!  These workout are great for men too.. theres no reason you can’t have sexy legs and butts too!!!   Hey if your into sports all this core training we do in Adrenaline is just what you need.. you will feel way more confident in and out of the game.

It’s funny how great you feel just after 2-3 leg workouts .. 

you even feel better when you look in the mirror.  Not sure if it’s just a mental thing.. but i feel like my legs start to tone fast. 😀   I get addicted to training legs.. I missed the gym alot this summer because of a crazy busy summer  and outdoors training ..etc.. but am back at it hitting it hard again and it feels amazing.  I WANT SEXY LEGS!!

Ck and I are going to get into some hockey and squash this winter and I’m pretty pumped to try to deek him out in the game. ha..  I’d like to organize a game of football here in windsor maybe in 2-3 weeks on a tuesday evening too.  I will post it on facebook and website here.  Let’s get out and kick it up with some healthy competition.  Those of you that don’t live in windsor.. get a game going in your area.. its good clean fun.

We all want to feel confident and sexy in our own skin.. and for some of us… we love to give’r at the gym or Adrenaline.. or whatever your form of training is.. it just builds your confidence.. pride, strength and you feel amazing from your soul outwards!!  So kick this workout up with me today, let’s feel it and walk with power for the rest of the day!!

Workout Breakdown:

No timer today junkies.. just keep up with me.. out do me!!

Warm up:

  • Jog on spot
  • jumping jacks
  • skaters
  • power jack squats

LOW SQUATS (back straight as you can when you get really low)

1 leg rounds | LEFT leg first :  all this done on one leg 

  • skip  (on spot, front to back, left to right)
  • crunch squats  -hold at end then a few power ones
  • tucks
  • squats – hold, little jumps
  • burpies

Now repeat that set we just did but on your right leg.

  • Sprint with hurdle jumps about 30-40 sec.
  • Low wide squats with holds pulses (work those legs)
Bridges: 1 leg
  • raises
  • swings
  • little lifts
  • crunch squats
Now repeat that with your other leg.
Lunges:
  • alternating
  • hold junge down and pulse
  • Power lunges
jog on spot a few jumping jacks
         and that’s it Junkies.. great work, way to push through….you gotta love  this  Sexy Leg workout !
